It’s energising, a bit sweaty, and a lot of fun — all while still keeping that grounding yoga feel.

You’ll leave feeling stronger, lifted, and proud of yourself for turning up.

Vinyasa Flow

A feel-good flow where movement and breath come together. You’ll move through easy-to-follow sequences that help build strength, stretch out the body, and calm a busy mind.

With music guiding the pace, it’s your time to switch off, have a wiggle, and enjoy some me time.

Come as you are — this class is open to everyone, whether you’re brand new or have been practising for years.
